President George W. Bush is blocking an international drive to provide teenage sex education because of his belief in chastity before marriage. Health experts say this could fatally undermine the battle against Aids.
I suppose it wouldn't do any good to point out to Our President that the vast majority of the world doesn't "choose sex"?
The depth and breadth of American ethnocentrism rarely shocks me anymore. But that Our President could make such a fundamentally ... well, let's just call a spade a spade: STUPID. Call. Just makes me ashamed.
Though I shouldn't be. I didn't vote for him.

'Course, far be it from me to suggest that them kids today is ungrateful louts. I seem to remember a few of those from when I was a kid. But they do seem to be louder about it.
